Our Mission
Little did we know that our journey with Kitty Up would begin with a heartfelt act of compassion for a few backyard cats.
Mama Cat Rescued By Kitty Up
It all started when we opened our hearts to rescue and foster a handful of strays in our backyard. Among them was a momma cat in dire need. After giving birth to her kittens, her health took a sharp turn for the worse. Despite our tireless efforts to find homes for the kittens, the vet's prognosis for the mom was grim, recommending euthanasia.
Refusing to give in to despair, my mom took a chance and purchased some lickable cat treats as a final lifeline. Miraculously, the momma cat began to eat, slowly but steadily regaining her strength until she transformed into the healthy, vibrant cat we knew she could be.
This experience ignited a passion within us to delve deeper into the world of feline nutrition. We were stunned to discover that many cat treats on the market lacked the essential nutrients and innovation needed to truly support our beloved pets.
Fueled by this newfound passion, my mom and I, drawing upon my 15+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry, decided to embark on a new journey together. And thus, Kitty Up was born!
At Kitty Up, our mission is crystal clear: to craft nutritious cat treats that not only tantalize their taste buds but also promote their health and well-being. Our mascot, Atticus, a living testament to the power of love and care, along with his sister Scout, who we tragically lost to FeLV, serve as constant inspirations driving us forward.
